Background-

Talent staffing firm 24 Seven has brought together three agencies it acquired ten months ago into a unified new business approach, while keeping each shop’s individual strengths intact under the new banner 24 Seven Agencies.

The three shops, design specialist SketchDeck, performance and digital focused Markacy, and experiential and content firm Futureman, are now pitched together by 24 Seven’s new business team, offering clients a combined menu of strategy, creative, branding, content, design, media, performance and experiential services.

Agency leaders said clients across sectors, including a golf brand owner and a Fortune 500 financial services firm, are expanding their engagements from working with a single shop to collaborating with two or more.

With an 80 to 100 person new business team supporting a range of client staffing needs, the combined agencies’ full service breadth has become a natural pipeline for new opportunities.

SketchDeck founder Chris Finneral said the three founders, along with Markacy’s Tucker Matheson and Futureman’s Jamey Barry, now sit on a joint leadership team with 24 Seven’s new business staff, evaluating client needs together before routing work to the agency or agencies best suited to deliver it. Finneral added that the agencies’ distinct strengths complement rather than overlap with one another, helping the model work smoothly.

Matheson said the combined structure has allowed the team to support a financial services client by pairing Markacy’s media work with creative input from SketchDeck and AI-driven elements from Futureman, broadening what any single agency could offer alone.
