Rapidly growing digital healthcare magazine, Insights Care is pleased to showcase Collaborative ABA Services LLC, driven by Alisha Simpson-Watt, Executive Clinical Director and Founder, also a devoted Social Worker and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who was motivated by the dire need to expand the access to ABA services.

This new organization will be prepared to serve the growing need of developmental disability consumers, and meet the demand for ABA services in the community.
Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services are offered by Collaborative ABA Services, LLC, a licensed behaviour health practice. The organization provides services for children aged 2 to 18 years and their families who are presented with Autism and other developmental and behavior disabilities. The organization has an interdisciplinary team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, Licensed Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and soon Speech and Language Pathologists. Their wide range of services incorporate ABA Therapy, Parent/Caregiver Training, Community Training, Social Skills Groups, Autism Diagnostic Evaluations, Case Management, Consultation, Occupational Therapy, and an imminent addition of Speech and Language Therapy.
A wounded neighbourhood is given new life by Alisha’s vision and tenacity as Collaborative ABA Services, LLC forges ahead. Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is goal-oriented in the awareness of the need for collaboration in working towards a shared goal. By this collaborative method, resources are combined to provide advancements in a child’s life through improvements in significant skills and behaviours.
The philosophy of Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is that children and adolescents can learn and reach their full potential if they are provided with the proper kind of help and resources.
Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is known to have earned recognition for the level of service that they provide and the good that they are doing in the communities in which they operate. Some of the awards and recognition over the recent past include having been accredited by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE), an independent evaluator that makes organizations prove clinical excellence through a stringent review process. Apart from that, they also won the 2023 Connecticut Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year Award issued by the SBA and the CBIA and were named the winner of the 2023 Outstanding New Business under 5 Years Award by the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce based in Middletown, Connecticut.
